Welcome to the Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) Press Room.

* PRESS REGISTRATION *

The 2025 conference will take place from 8 to 10 January 2025. The event will be delivered as a hybrid, with the option to attend physically in Oxford or Online, with all main sessions at the Oxford Examination Schools live streamed for media. Please note fringes, Inspiring Innovators, FW Question Time, the debate and dinners will not be available digitally.

Press passes give access strictly only to the pressroomwhere a live stream of the conference is available along with refreshments and Wi-Fi access. The main conference auditorium is for paying delegates only.

For those wishing to attend in-person, dinners, including the Chair's Welcome, are not included with press passes but can be booked at your own cost. The debate and fringes are included, subject to availability.

You will also note some activities are “unavailable”. This is because space is limited in these rooms and as such priority is offered to paying delegates. If you would like to attend any of these sessions, please speak to one of our team in the press room when you are at Oxford, and we can confirm if space is available.

* PRESS BRIEFINGS AND INTERVIEWS *

If you have any questions or would like to arrange an interview with any of the speakers, please email marketing@ofc.org.uk. For interviews with the political speakers, you are asked to contact their offices direct.

There will be no digital online press briefings/conferences. 

* FILMING, VIDEOS, PAPERS & PHOTOGRAPHS *

Filming and photography is not permitted in the main auditorium, debate chamber or Christ Church hall by the press. The official OFC photographer will capture the conference, with photos made available at the end of each day.

In addition, there is to be strictly no photography captured of HRH, other than by the official OFC photographer.

If you would like to take photos / capture video during the fringes, breaks and lunch, we ask that you contact the marketing team for approval via marketing@ofc.org.uk
